Why reorder PDF pages?
Pages end up out of sequence for a hundred small reasons. A double-sided scan comes back interleaved, a document feeder pulled the stack in reverse, two files were merged in the wrong order, or an appendix that belongs at the back somehow landed in the middle. Whatever caused it, the cure is the same: move each page to where it belongs and lock in a sequence that reads correctly from the first page to the last.
What makes reordering easy to get right is seeing the pages rather than juggling numbers in your head. This tool renders a thumbnail of every page, and you rearrange by dragging a thumbnail onto its new spot or nudging it one place at a time with the arrow buttons. A badge on each page shows the position it will hold in the finished document, so the new order is visible before you commit to it, with no guesswork about whether "page 7" is the one you actually mean.
The thumbnails are only previews; the file you download is rebuilt from the original, full-quality pages in the sequence you set, with all their text and images intact. This tool deliberately does one job (order) so if you also need to drop pages, run Delete Pages first and then reorder what remains. It handles documents of up to sixty pages, since a preview has to be drawn for every one of them on your device.
That rendering happens entirely in your browser, which is the whole point: your file is never uploaded to be shuffled on someone else's server. The previews, the dragging, and the rebuilt PDF are all produced locally, so even a sensitive internal document stays on your machine the entire time.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. The page previews, the rearranging and the rebuilt PDF all happen entirely in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.
How do I move a page?
Two ways: drag a page thumbnail onto the position you want it in, or use the ← / → buttons on a page to nudge it one spot at a time. The number badge shows the page's new position in the result.
Do the pages keep their quality?
Yes. The thumbnails are just previews: the output document is rebuilt from the original pages at full quality, with all their content intact.
Can I also remove pages while reordering?
Not here. This tool only changes the order. Use the Delete Pages tool to remove pages first, then reorder what's left. Or extract the pages you want if you're keeping only a few.
Is there a page limit?
Up to 60 pages, since a preview is rendered for every page on your device.
